Private & Group Yoga Classes

Fire Horse Yoga offers classes in a casual group setting to any level of student.
These classes offer the individual:

* an integrated health practice for overall well being
* stress reduction
* increased confidence and self efficacy
* an opportunity to build community and nurture friendships

All in a safe and welcoming environment.


Private & Semi-private instruction is also availible, by appointment, in your own home or at one of our remote teaching locations.
This personal attention is prefered by individuals who are working with physical challenges, who are brand new to Yoga and would like to work privately before entering the classroom setting, or for those who would like to create a home practice and want a tailored program.
